McDonald’s and FIFA go way back but for the World Cup 2022, Burger King Austria wanted their own grand finale - in the Metaverse.

Solution

To make this happen we conceptualized and built the Whopper World, Burger King’s very own virtual arena where fans could:

  • Participate in games and win goodies
  • Cheeer for their favorite team
  • Win unique live triggered MO:ME:NT NFTs

Results

Without media spent we offered great entertainment to Austrian football and Burger King fans:

  • 64 unique MO:ME:NTs minted and won
  • Hundreds of engaged fans visited the arena
